Boilermakers Local 627 was founded in 1932 in Phoenix, Arizona. Local #627 is a Charter Member of The International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Iron Ship Builders, Blacksmiths, Forgers and Helpers, AFL-CIO. Local #627 includes Arizona, Hawaii, the Pacific Islands and New Mexico and has 500 members in its jurisdiction and over 60,000 fellow members across the nation.
